Do I have to have a credit monitoring account?
FYC does require an active Identity IQ or Smart Credit account for our services. The 3 credit reports included in either Identity IQ or Smart Credit allows an accurate account of your credit file and ensures that everything across all three bureaus is consistent and syncs right with our system. What’s the process for business structure?
To begin you will choose a business structure and name for the entity. You will pay the $59 business startup fee and cost of the filing fee with the state based on the entity chosen to FYC. FYC will provide you the documents to sign and then will file the formation documents with the Secretary of State.
How long does it take to file Articles of Incorporation?

Is credit repair illegal?
There is absolutely nothing illegal about disputing items on your credit report.
Do you guarantee credit results?
It is important to know there are NO PARTICULAR GUARANTEES on a certain item on your credit report since accounts and results depend on individual clients. FYC does guarantee your credit score including FICO will increase over time!
